Protank Waterjet repair on various megayachts
Hot water pressure cleaning three waterjets to remove salts, loose paint, barnacles, etc, in preparation for sandblasting and rebuilding corroded bell housings, shaft tubes, struts, flanges, etc, with Belzona and Thortex materials.

We repaired these shaft tubes by sandblasting the interior to remove corrosion and profile the aluminum according to the Belzona spec sheet. This picture shows the first coat of Belzona 5811.
