Protank - Ship blasting and painting

This yacht was originally a fishing vessel, and underwent a conversion to become an exploration yacht. ProTank was hired to completely sandblast all interior and exterior surfaces and prime and topcoat the entire vessel. Here is a team member applying the first coat of primer.

Here we are priming the starboard side of the same vessel

This is the application of the second coat of primer, Devoe Bar Rust 233H. The reason the red is being applied over the white primer is the topcoat will be dark blue.

Continuing the application of the second coat of primer

This is a tank room inside the same vessel--used to be the fish hold--which was converted to become a fuel tank. Once our work was done, a tank was built and installed in this space.
